Administrative Assistant

Seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the activities of the owner and key employees. Candidate will be responsible for receiving client calls, general accounting, filing, client account maintenance, document preparation (contracts, procedures & general correspondence), updating marketing material and scheduling. Skills should include accounting or bookkeeping knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Must be self-motivated, work independently, work well in a team environment, enjoy working with customers and enjoy solving problems.

Duties:
* Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
* Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing
   information; initiating telecommunications.
* Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
* Greets customers on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
* Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
* Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
* Secures information by completing data base backups.
* Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
* Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office
   products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Seeking a dynamic sales professional for our growing company that will be responsible for sales of accounting, manufacturing, CRM and related software to the small and medium-sized business markets.  Ideal candidates are very motivated, team players, anxious to get their careers launched.  Marketing skills, software knowledge and experience a plus.  Preferably Sandler trained.  To excel, you must have a great attitude, excellent phone and video presentation skills, a desire to learn, be computer savvy, and be able to achieve pre-set sales quotas.  College degree preferred and/or high technical proficiency.

Seeking experienced software implementer (or special person with talent and drive to learn) to work with current clients and prospects in planning, leading, implementing and managing projects, providing support, and advanced product knowledge.  The candidate must have experience and knowledge using software, ability to train end users.  Sage Accounting/CRM knowledge a plus. 

 Duties:

Duties:

  requirements.
* Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems.
* Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer
  capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
* Programs the computer by encoding project requirements in computer language; entering coded information into the computer.
* Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
* Provides reference for clients by writing and maintaining user documentation and maintaining a help desk.
* Prepares clients to use software by conducting training sessions.
* Maintains computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
  participating in professional societies.
* Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
