When you have questions about your Sage Accpac software we are always happy to help you. But did you know that the manuals, tutorials and other help files are generally available right at your fingertips? Take a look at our Help Tutorial to locate these useful tools.

One thing you won't find in the help section though, is how to change key fields like customer number or item number. It is possible, and there are numerous reasons why you may want to. But you need a special utility to do so, and we discuss that below.

And while sometimes we seek change, other times we have change thrust upon us. If you are using email communications (like we do with this newsletter) to stay in touch with customers, prospects, etc., be aware of some changes that might apply if your recipients are using Outlook 2007.
