It's hard to believe that it is the end of February!  Pretty soon it will be Spring and we will be celebrating it in our new office!

As of March 27th our new address will be:

1643 Highland Avenue
Langhorne, PA 19047.

Our phone number will remain the same.  To facilitate our move we will be closed on Friday March 27th.  Our email will be down part of the day but our main phone number should be working if you need to reach us in an emergency.

If you have a cell phone (and who doesn't) be aware that as of March 1st your cell number will be accessible to all telemarketers.  If you want to avoid telemarketing calls which you may have to pay for, call 888-382-1222 to register your cell phone on the Do Not Call list.

Have a great month!

After finding an e-mail of mine in my own junk folder, I realized there's more to the art of increasing e-mail deliverability than asking recipients to add my address to their safe list.  Simply changing the subject line led to a successful delivery, which led me to research the dos and don'ts of creating subject lines.  I discovered that there is definitely plenty of material on the subject.

WWW Search Tip of the Month

Have you ever searched for information about a person or organization whose name has several versions?  For example, the National Football League is also the NFL; however, if you type both "National Football League" and NFL into a Google search box, your search will only retrieve pages containing both NFL and National Football League.  There may be very useful pages that contain only one of these terms.

You can get around this difficulty by using OR.  If you type "National Football League" OR NFL, the search will retrieve pages with either of these terms.  Just remember two things: (1) Type OR in capital letters--if you use lower case letters, Google will look for the word or; and (2) if one of your search terms is a phrase, put quotation marks around it ("National Football League")-- this keeps the phrase together.
