We have officially been in our new building for 1 month and it has been an adventure! As
in software, a newly built building sometimes contains bugs to work out. Like the day
the bathrooms stopped working, and the day we didn't have any water and most recently the
day the brand new air conditioning didn't work and the inside temperature at 85 was just
slightly cooler than the outside! But even with the bugs, we really like our new digs.
In May Laura will be going to Insights and learning about lots of new software and technologies.
Keeping up with all the changes is a challenge but it's what keeps the job exciting.
Also, in the month of May we will be featuring webinars for rTools and Stonefield Query. These
two reporting packages are built to be user friendly and allow our customers to write queries and
reports in English without knowing database tables or field names. We invite you to take a
look; one of them might be a good addition for your company.

Unapplied transactions often occur when customer payments don’t match their invoices and when companies follow a
deposit now, match later approach to receipts. This can lead to a mess of unapplied transactions. In
this tutorial, we show you how to use the Apply Document feature in Sage Accpac ERP to cleanup unmatched
transactions. This feature is also available in Accounts Payable. (6 minutes, 27 seconds)
Crystal Reports is a powerful reporting tool, but is also very complex and is designed for someone who is very familiar
with database structures. Fortunately there are other, less complicated reporting tools available for the end user. This
article introduces two very good alternatives that integrate completely with Sage Accpac ERP and SageCRM.

the relationships for the companies and people in your system. Importantly, it also helps keep your CRM

XML sitemaps offer a quick and convenient method to inform search engines of all of the pages on your
website. And thanks to help available on the Web, creating a sitemap is not only easy but it is
also free!

One great thing about the Web is that one site can bring together information from many different
sources. A particularly useful application of this ability is NewsNow
(), which brings together over 35,000 news sources from around the world.
Although the free speech capabilities on this site are limited, you can browse stories by several
hundred topics, including major world news stories like Iraq to industry sectors to sports
