Stop Making Cash Receipt Entries

Wouldn't it be great if someone would volunteer to enter the cash receipts in your Sage accounting solution...drive the deposit to the bank...and they even PAID YOU to let them do it?

Well, it's really possible with a product called Express Connect.

Using a scanner about the size of a small toaster, your deposit checks are optically scanned for the information needed to create the cash receipts in your Sage accounting application, even applying the entries to the open invoices. Of course, you can elect to apply them manually if you wish. All that's left for you to do is review and post.

Since the data is read directly from the check, you can say goodbye to incorrectly keyed-in check totals. Plus, you'll receive automatic alerts for duplicate, damaged, or invalid checks.

The scanner is also connected to your existing bank (yes, the one you have been doing business with for years) through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network, the same network used by the Federal government. Best of all, this methodology allows your deposit funds to be available on the next business day - improving your cash flow and letting you earn interest on your deposits faster!
