ACCPAC Plus Changes effective October 1, 2006	On October 1, 2006 ACCPAC Plus will be moved to the discontinued price list. Only ACCPAC Plus LanPaks will be available for sale, but at a 25% premium over SRP. ACCPAC Plus modules will no longer be sold as of the discontinued date. Telephone support for discontinued products will be available at a 25% premium over regular pricing per incident. Further, Sage Software reserves the right to fully terminate the availability of telephone support for discontinued products at any time without the obligation to provide notice. As of the discontinued date, updates and enhancements will no longer be provided.  In addition, ClientCare invoices will no longer be sent to owners of discontinued products.

What	New clients of Sage Accpac will  pay the following flat fee per user: 200 Edition: US$ 2,195 500 Edition: Pervasive/IBM DB2 US$ 2,595 MS-SQL US$ 2,995 The required minimum purchase is 4 users for the 200 Edition and 5 users for the 500 Edition. The following modules are free: SM, GL, AR, AP, OE, PO, IC, Multicurrency, Optional Fields and US or Canadian Payroll.  Additional modules or other Sage Software products must be purchased at normal SRP. Software Assurance is required on all modules and LanPaks and is not included in the flat fee per user price.
Details	A new client is defined as a net new purchase of the Sage Accpac product line.  Clients upgrading from ACCPAC Plus or BPI are not eligible for this promotion. Simply Accounting clients are eligible for this promotion. This promotion is available for Sage Accpac 200 and 500 Edition purchases only.  The 100 Edition is excluded from this promotion.
